Dear Mr. Mazzarella:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its special meeting of
August 6, 1996, gave approval for a commercial sewer connection for the purposes
of a hair salon at 938 Sullivan Avenue, subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of the Town Engineer.
2. Change shall become effective upon payment of $1,400 (the difference
between residential and commercial connection charges) to the Town
of South Windsor.
