RE: SEWER ASSESSMENT
Dear Mr. Anderson:
At its regular meeting of December 7, 1993, the South Windsor Water Pollution
Control Authority reviewed and approved of a sewer plan entitled "TNT Red Star
Express, Inc. , 540 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor, CT--PLOT PLAN, " as prepared by
Walter Hylua, dated December 2, 1993, drawing No. Sl, and authorize severing of Area
A as shown on said plans subject to the following conditions:
1. The area of improvement (Area A) shall not extend past the 70 foot line as
shown in the above referenced sewer plan, therefore restricting the sewer
line from benefiting the remainder of the property outside Area A.
2. The limitation of this approval shall be recorded in the Town' s Drain Layers
Permit.
3. Area A shall encompass 123,817 square feet or 2.842 acres and shall
represent the area benefited by the sewer, and shall consequently serve as
the basis for calculating a sewer connection charge.
4. When, in the future, the sewer is extended to serve the remainder of the
property, a subsequent connection charge shall be due and payment shall be
based upon the remaining acreage outside Area A.
5. The installation of the building sewer shall be in conformance with Town
standards and subject to inspection and approved by the Engineering Division
of the Public Works Department.
