Dear Mr. Semprebon:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of July 31,2001,gave
approval for the connection,of an elderly condominium complex being constructed on Sullivan Avenue,to
the Town's sewerage system,as more specifically shown on Drawing No.7 entitled"Plot Plan—
Strawberry Fields Adult Condominium",prepared by Design Professionals,Inc.,South Windsor,CT.,
Project No.00-1280,dated 11-17-00,with revisions dated 5-31-01 and 6-6-01,and Drawing No. 8,entitled
"Topographic Plan",dated 4-26-01,with revisions dated 5-31-01 and 6-6-01,Drawing No. 11 entitled
"Plan/Profile Dzen Way,dated 5-29-01,with revision dated 6-6-01 and Drawing No. 16 entitled"Pump
Station Plan",dated 5-31-01,with revision dated 6-6-01subject to the following conditions:
1. Elevation is sufficient to handle the complete subdivision and design is such that the line is laid at a
level to allow extension of the line on Sullivan Avenue.
2. The Town Attorney will approval of the two necessary easements to be obtained,one from the Town
and one from the private property owner involved
3. Profile and final review subject to the technical approval of the Town of South Windsor Engineering
Department.
4. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the
sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written verification
of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design
plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate
technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.

THE FOLLOWING:Two(2)blueprint sets of engineering plans and WPCA application(final approval)for the
Strawberry Fields elderly condominium development on Sullivan Avenue. We have submitted applications to the
Planning and Zoning Commission(general plan,zone change,special exception&site plan),however,approvals are
pending(first PZC approval expected on 7/17/01). We have received final project approval from the Inland Wetlands
Agency. I understand that we will be placed on the July 31 agenda,and we will be in attendance.Please call me at
