HomeMy WebLinkAboutWPCA Strawberry Fields (2) -,OWN OWN ate .4 • U 0s� �• �;ti • ��� 1540 SULLIVAN AVENUE • SOUTH WINDSOR, CT 06074 °SOR.coN TELEPHONE (860) 644-2511 November 14,2001 Mr.Peter DeMallie Design Professionals,Inc. 16 South Satellite Road South Windsor,CT 06074 RE: Pump Station Relocation Strawberry Fields South Windsor,CT Dear Mr.DeMallie: The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of November 7,2001,gave approval for the relocation of the pump station in the Strawberry Fields Housing Complex located on Sullivan Avenue,South Windsor,CT,as more specifically shown on plans entitled "Utility Plan", prepared by Design Professionals,Inc.,South Windsor,CT,Project No. 1280,Drawing No(s)9,dated 7-17- 01,revised 10-01-01, 10-29-01, 10-30-01 and Drawing No. 17 entitled"Pump Station Plan",dated 5-31- 01,revised 6-06-01,7-30-01, 10-01-01, 10-29-01, and subject to the following conditions: 1. If the Town determines an odor problem exists the developer will be required to take appropriate action to alleviate the problem. 2. 6"laterals must be used and shown in the updated plans. 3. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Departrnent. 4. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction. This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
