Dear Ms. Isherwood:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of February 7, 2006, gave
approval to the application, presented by River Walk, to provide a secondary gravity sewer system and
connect to the Town's sewerage system, as more specifically shown on plans entitled "River Walk, 1235
Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor, Connecticut", Prepared by Design Professionals, Inc., South Windsor,
CT, Job No.: 1687, Sheet No.: 1/2"Plan/Profile, Cross-Country, Sanitary Sewer Main'; Dated 1/3/06, with
revision date 2/1/06; and subject to the following conditions:
1. That all items recommended by the Town Engineer in his memorandum dated 1/27/06 be
implemented.
2. A private easement between the two property owners must be obtained, reviewed and approved
by the Town Attorney.
3. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
4. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the
sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based upon the written
verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance
with the design plans approved by the Authority, and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate
technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
