Dear Mr. Semprebon:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of January 8,2002,gave
approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system of a commercial building at 930 Sullivan
Avenue,South Windsor,CT06074,as more specifically shown on plans entitled"Site Plan/Cheryl's Pride
&Groom"prepared by Design Professionals,Inc.,Project No.98-1099,Drawing No.2/2,dated 8/13/98,
revised 6/16/98,7/2/98,8/10/98, 8/14/98, 10/1/98, 10/7/98,5/12/99,4/17/00, 1/2/02,and subject to the
following conditions:
1. A meter be provided to measure the water usage of the commercial business.
2. Property remain under single ownership.
3. Clean-outs be placed at each of the three corners as shown on the map.
4. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
5. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
The sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written
Verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial
conformance with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town
regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
