Dear Ms.Isherwood:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of May 3, 2005, gave
approval of the application as presented for connection to the Town's sewerage system for a commercial
building at 845 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor, CT, as more specifically shown on plans entitled
"Stowe Kitchen and Bath, Site Plan, 845 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor, Connecticut," Prepared by
Design Professionals,, South Windsor, CT: Job No. 2035,Drawing No. SERVER/JOBS/2035/2035-
4.DWG, Sheet No. 4/7 Dated 10/22/04, with revision dates 3/23/05; and subject to the following
conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the
sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based upon the written verification
of.the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the
design plans approved by the Authority, and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical
specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
