Approval to connect to the Town sewer system
Dear Mr. Havens,Jr.:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of January 10, 2006,
gave approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system to the proposed new Imperial
Oil facility located at 648 Sullivan Avenue, South Windsor, CT and as more specifically shown on
plans entitled"Imperial Oil Company, South Windsor, Connecticut", Prepared by PDS Engineering
&Construction, Inc, Bloomfield, Cr; Drawing #: C-102, Drawing Title: Site grading &Utility Plan,
Dated: 10-25-05, 12-2-05, 12-12-05, and 12-21-05; also Drawing #: C-104, Drawing Title: Site
Plan Details, Dated: 10-25-05, 12-12-05, and 12-21-05., and subject to the following conditions:
1. Oil and grit separator must be provided according to DEP and Town regulations.
2. Permit must.be obtained from the State of Connecticut Department of.Environmental Protection.
3. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
4.. Payment of a connection charge in the amount of$3,108 at time of connection.

5. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once 1
the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based upon the written
verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial
conformance with the design plans approved by the Authority, and meeting all Town regulations
and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.

This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans. j
