Dear Mr. Eseppi:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its special meeting on April 16, 2013,
approved the application as presented for connection to the Town's sewerage system for a proposed
commercial office building located at 470 Governor's Highway, as more specifically shown on plans
entitled "GDS Estimating, Property Resubdivision & Site Plan Approval Application, 470 Governors
Highway, South Windsor, Connecticut 06074"; Prepared by PDS Engineering & Construction, Inc.,
Bloomfield, CT; Sheet C-100 "Site Grading & Utility Plan", Dated: 2-20-13 and revised on 3-20-13
and 3-26-13. This approval is subject to the following conditions:
This approval is subject to the following conditions:
1) A.connection charge will be due in the amount of$7,384.00 for 2 acres (Phase 1) at the time of
connection, the rates for which will be in effect until July 1, 2013.
2) Final technical approval of the Town of South Windsor Engineering Department; and
3) Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be
conditional upon the installed sewer line having been inspected by the Town staff, and upon the
written verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial
conformance with the design plans approved by the Authority, and meeting all regulations and
appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
