Someone must be present at the hearing to represent the application. One sign advertising the hearing must be posted on the property for ten (10) consecutive days prior to the hearing and must be clearly visible from a town street. A sign must be posted on Glendale Road by Friday, November 15, 2013. There was an approval for a;t wo-year.T&C permit which was granted on August` 1,2000. That permit was.renewed in 20Q2. Upon expiration in 2004, the applicant did. not renew the permit. This boat.storage area is fenced(about:200' x 150') by a chain link fence. There is an_existing structure on site(old barn). No site improvements are proposed with this application. , 3. There is no screening of the site proposed as part of this application. The Commission has required other more visible storage site to,add some plantings and/or fence slattin"9 along the street frontage. The Commission may want to consider this you can see the site and surroundings on the aerial map.that was provided. 4. The wording of the Temporary and Conditional permit regulations is that "Temporary and conditional permits maybe granted by the Comm for use which is not specified elsewhere in:these regulations for a period not to exceed two years. Such approval may be given after a Public Hearing if, in the judgment of the Commission, the public convenience and welfare with substantially served, and the appropriate use of neighboring property will not be substantially or permanently injured, and traffic and other hazards will not result from such use". 5. Boat storage without a primary structure is not specifically permitted in any zone.
