Dear Mr. Williams:
As you may recall, the South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular
meeting of May 7, 2013, clarified that the pollutant concentration standards listed in the
Rules and Regulations of the Town of South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority
(Addendum to section 6.3f), refer to average monthly concentrations. Therefore,we have
approved your Permit Renewal application with the condition that wastewater discharges
from Metal Testing Company be in compliance with the State and Town's sewer
requirements, as may be verified by Town staff.
