This approval is subject to the following condition: 1. Individual meters will be installed for each commercial condominium unit; 2. Asbuilt drawing must be provided to the Town; 3. Technical approval of the Town of South Windsor Engineering Department; and 4. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be conditional upon the installed sewer line having been inspected by the Town staff, and upon the written verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design plans approved by the Authority, and meeting all regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction. The project will include office condominiums,residential apartments,a hotel,commercial uses,and associated site improvements. The proposed site improvements include the construction of new buildings,walks, parking areas,landscaping,and associated utilities and infrastructure. An application requesting a modification to the trunk sewer line in this area was previously submitted and approved by the Town of South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority(WPCA) at the April 2, 2013 meeting. This application concerns connection of the proposed buildings to the trunk sewer line. This application requests connections for the following proposed uses within the Town Square development: • A 121 room hotel • 200 residential dwelling units • 38,200 SF of commercial space The water and sewage flow calculations for the proposed buildings were attached to the previous application,and are included here for convenience. As previously noted, the proposed project will increase the flow rate by an additional 50,000 gallons per day(gpd). The trunk sewer line was originally designed to accommodate these flows from Town Square.
