Hello Michele, Below is a description of the yoga studio
The yoga studio is a boutique studio, average class size is 5-10 people. Total classes offered per week

Class schedule will be 7am class 3 times per week, lunch class 2 times per week, 5:30 class 4 times per
week and one class on Saturday&Sunday.Total classes offered per week 11.
This use will generate 95%of its business after standard business hours.
This use will demand less parking during business hours then a standard business usage. I am currently
approved for medical use for the 5-first floor units in Phase 11. Out of the 5 first floor units I have one
medical office,the rest are general office use. So I am well below the approved parking lot demand.
I currently have 50 parking spaces available,as I look out now(12:15pm,Thursday) I have 34 available
spaces, and 16 cars.
Let me know if you need anything else.
PS..This is another new business to South Windsor so that makes my total business brought to the town
