155 unit multi-family development, "Nutmeg Village"
Dear Mr. Wheeler:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting on April 2, 2013,
provided conceptual approval for the use of a single lateral for each of the proposed buildings at the
proposed 155 unit multi-family development, to be known as "Nutmeg Village". This approval is
subject to the following conditions:
1) The main common pipe serving more than one residential unit that connects to the lateral shall
equal to or greater than six inches in diameter.
2) Sewer design review and technical approval of the Town of South Windsor Engineering
Department.
3) Applicant must return to the Water Pollution Control Authority for final approval.
