State of New Jersey, as Surety, are hereby held and firmly bound unto the
TOWN OF SOUTH WINDSOR, CONNECTICUT

we hereby jointly and severally bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and admin-

WHEREAS, The TOWN OF SOUTH WINDSOR, CONNECTICUT
has approved said plan upon the execution and delivery of this bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, The condition of this obligation is such that if the above
bounden Principal shall construct the improvements shown above, and complete
said work to satisfaction of the TOWN OF SOUTH WINDSOR, CONNECTICUT
and in accordance with the present standard specifications of the
TOWN OF SOUTH WINDSOR, CONNECTICUT therefore, then this obligation shall
be void, otherwise to same to remain in full force and effect; it being expressl
understood and agreed that the liability of the Surety for any and all claims
hereunder shall in no event exceed the penal amount of this obligation as herein
stated.
