The town requires us to have a letter of permission from the property owner saying that they will allow a Retail Propane Exchange Program to be set on the property. This will consist of 1 cage 71"x 44"x 29" holding 21 —20 lb propane tanks, and be protected by 2-800 lb concrete barriers. Attached you will find a site plan, showing our proposed set-up, a copy of the proposal I have submitted to the town, and a letter from our director of safety.
