Someone must be present at the hearing to represent the application. Two signs advertising the hearing must be posted on the property for ten (10) consecutive days prior to the hearing and must be clearly visible from a town street. Request for renewal of Wapping Fair's 5-year permit, previously granted in 2007, for the fair that runs for 4 days each September (Thursday— Sunday after Labor Day each year). The location of the fair changed five years ago and will continue to be held on the property of Evergreen Walk LLC behind the LA Fitness facility. 2. The proposed permit conditions include safeguards as set out in an agreement between Evergreen Walk LLC. You have received a draft copy of the "Obligations, Rules and Restriction" document, along with the Wapping Fair's proposal and a copy of the last approval letter. One change over the last couple of years has been the elimination of fireworks. They have also worked out new parking arrangements with ECHN. 3. Box 486 South Windsor, CT 06074 Re: Temporary & Conditional Permit #12-16P; Wapping Fair Dear Mr. Petrillo: This is a reminder that the Temporary & Conditional Permit allowing the Wapping Fair to be held on property located on the west side of Bucklan.d Road, west of L.A. Fitness, GD zone, will expire on April 10, 2017. If you intend to continue the current use at this location, you will need to submit a renewal application to the Planning & Zoning Commission. Included in this request should be all changes you have made to the site since your original approval, and any proposed changes you are considering. I have enclosed an application form for your use, as well as the new fee schedule. You will need to display a sign for ten (10) days prior to the meeting. Please submit the renewal application by March 10, 2017, so that the application can be tentatively scheduled to be heard at the March 28, 2017 Planning & Zoning Commission hearing.
