Gentlemen:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of April 4, 2000,
gave approval for the connection to the Burr Meadows sewer of a 20-unit Senior Residence
Development at Pleasant Valley Road, as more specifically shown on plans entitled "Pleasant
Meadow—Senior Residence Development— 1140 Pleasant Valley Road—South Windsor-
Connecticut" prepared by Design Professionals,Inc., Job No. 99-1272, Drawings No. 3/6 and
4/6 dated February 1, 2000, revised 3-8-00 (Rev. 1), 3-13-00 (Rev. 2), and 3-31-00 (Rev. 3) ,
and subject to the following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be
given once the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based
upon the written verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed
in substantial conformance with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,
and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to
sanitary sewer construction.
3. Applicant shall provide final drawings incorporating revisions discussed during the April
4, 2000 WPCA meeting: the name change to Pleasant Meadow, the elevation change at
Manhole#6 from 91.65' to 97', and the elevation change at Manhole#7 from 91' to
95.35'.
4. Easements between the Burr Meadow and Pleasant Meadow Condominium Associations
shall be reviewed by and to the satisfaction of the Town Attorney.

5. This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
