Re: Water Pollution Control Facility Upgrade Approval
Dear Mr. Galligan:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of January 8, 2008,
approved the application as presented for a proposed upgrade of the Town's Water Pollution Control
Facility; and as more specifically shown on plans entitled "Town of South Windsor, Connecticut
Water Pollution Control Facility Upgrade, Volume 1 and 2," as prepared by Camp Dresser & McKee,
Inc., Wethersfield, Connecticut; date July 2006, with Revision Date: September 27, 2007. This
approval was subject to the following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town of South Windsor Engineering Department;
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the Water Pollution Control Facility Upgrade will
be given once the project improvements have been completed and inspected by the Town staff
and the Town's consulting engineer, and based upon the written verification of the Town staff
that said project improvements have been installed in substantial conformance with the design
plans approved by the Authority, and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical
specifications relating to the construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approved plans.
