RE: Approval to connect Vehicle Wash station at Town Garage
Dear Mr.Iazzetta:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of September 5,2000,gave
conditional approval for the vehicle wash station located at the town garage,at 157 Burgess Road.,as more
specifically shown on plans entitled,"Alterations for New Vehicle Wash Bay at the Town of South
Windsor Garage",prepared by Jacunski Humes Architects,LLC,Project No.JH0021,Drawing No.A-1,
dated 6-16-2000and subject to the following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written
verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance
with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and
appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
3. Conditional approval was given and final approval will be granted when full flow schematics is
provided to the authority.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
