Dear Mr. Eseppi:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting on September 7, 2010,
gave approval to the application as presented for connection of two new lavatories in a proposed
building extension to the existing building sewer located at 161 South Satellite Road, South Windsor,
CT; as more specifically shown on plans entitled "Optimus South Windsor LLC, Proposed Addition,
161 South Satellite Road, South Windsor, CT" Prepared by PDS Engineering & Construction, Inc.,
Bloomfield, CT; Sheet No.: C-100 "Site Grading&Utility Plan",Dated 12/2009.
This motion is subject to the following conditions:
1. Final technical approval of the Town of South Windsor Engineering Department; and
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be
conditional upon the sewer line having been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and
upon the written verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in
substantial conformance with the design plans approved by the Authority, and meeting all
Town regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer
construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
