Re: Variance Request for 419 Buckland Road
Carmen & Company, LLC/DBA Samsel& Carmon Funeral Home
Dear Mr. Berstene:
I am the owner of 395 Buckland Road, the next door neighbor to Samsel &
Carmon Funeral Home. I have been their neighbor for 29 years. I have received notice of
their request for a variance concerning the second efficiency apartment. I support their
request for a variance, and would like to have this letter taken into consideration by the
South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals.
I'm sure their business and staffing needs in an emergency situation obviously
constitute a hardship. They are excellent neighbors and a credit to the South Windsor
Community.
Thank you for your courtesy. With best regards, I am
