Dear Mr. Fiori:
At the meeting of the South Windsor Zoning Board of Appeals held on October 4, 2007, the
Board approved your request for a 3 %2 foot variance to Table 3.1.2A to allow one corner of a
shed to be located 36 %2 feet from front property line on property located at 12 LeFoll Blvd, A-20
zone.
The Board concluded the hardship to be that the existing structures do not allow for the shed to
be located anywhere else and the impact of moving the building is not outweighed by the impact
of having the building remain three(3) feet over the building line.
Any new building, or alteration/additions to existing buildings, requires a building permit prior
to start of construction.
These actions are effective upon your filing the enclosed form in the Town Clerk's Office at your
own expense.
