Someone must be present at the hearing to present the application. Included in the $160.00 application fee is the cost of a sign to advertise that a public hearing will be held regarding this property. The sign should be obtained at the Planning Department at the South Windsor Town Hall and must be posted no later than Sunday, June 29, 2008.
