Dear Mr. McFarlin:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of July 14, 1998, gave
approval to discharge minor photographic processing waste to the Town sewer at Gerber Systems
Corp., 30 South Satellite Road,in accordance with Fuss & O'Neill, Inc., letter dated July 8, 1998,
stating that Gerber Systems Corporation's relocation from 83 Gerber Road West to 30 South
Satellite Road in South Windsor will not produce any change in its manufacturing processes,
including the company's processing of minor photographic processing wastewater. All terms
and conditions except the location of the discharge shall remain the same as those in the General
Permit registration which was approved in 1997.
