Dear Mr. Coon:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of September 6, 2005, gave
approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system for proposed building addition at tot 4,
Sandra Drive and Kimberly Drive, South Windsor, as more specifically shown on plans entitled "Lot 4, 75
Kimberly Drive, South Windsor, Connecticut", Prepared by J. R. Russo &Associates, East Windsor, CT,
Page NO.: 2 of 6, Dated: 06-09-05, Project No.: 2005-049,.and subject to the following conditions:
1. A general permit for the grease/oil interceptor must be obtained from the State of Connecticut
Department of Environmental Protection.
2. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
.3. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based upon the written
verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial
conformance with the design plans approved by the Authority, and meeting all Town regulations
and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
4. The sewer connection charge for the 1.14 developed acres will be$3,543.12.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
