Dear Mr. Schumann:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of May 20, 1997, gave
approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system of a residential building at 292 Sand Hill
Road, as more specifically shown on plans entitled "Sewer Lateral for John Schumann"prepared by
Santo J. Giangrave, P.E., Drawing No. 1 of 1 dated 4-25-97, no revisions, and subject to the
following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given
once the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based upon the
written verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial
conformance with the design plans previously approved by the Authority, and meeting all
Town regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer
construction.
3. Approval is subject to completion of a sewer easement agreement in a form acceptable to the
Town Attorney.
4. This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
