Dear Mr. Maneeley:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its special meeting of August 20, 1998, gave approval
for the connection to the Town's sewerage system of a commercial building at 65 Rye Street, as more specifically
shown on drawing entitled "Topographic Map--Resurvey prepared for Maneeley's Banquet Facility, L.L.C. --65
Rye Street--South Windsor, Connecticut" by Design Professionals, Inc., South Windsor, Connecticut, Job No.
98-1029, Drawing No. 1029W, Sheet No. 6/11, dated July 31, 1998,no revisions, and subject to the following
conditions:
l. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. - Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the
sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written verification of
the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design
plans previously approved by the Authority, and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical
specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
3. This app6al letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
