Dear Ms. Price:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its special meeting of August 20, 1998,gave approval
for the connection to the Town's sewerage system of a residential building at 165 Rosemary Lane,as more
specifically shown on plans entitled "Dependent Resurvey prepared for Kimberly A. Price-- 165 Rosemary Lane
-- South Windsor,Connecticut"by Design Professionals,Inc., South Windsor,Connecticut,Job No. 98-1139
(Drawing labeled "Improvement Location Map"),Sheet No. 1 of 1,dated June 29, 1998,revised 8-13-98 (Rev.
No. 1), and on plans entitled"Oak Grove III"prepared by Emil W. Lucek Associates,Project No. 78-72,Sheet
No. 5 of 6 dated 8-7-78, revised 10-10-78 (Rev. 1)and 10-21-78 (Rev. 2), and subject to the following
conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the
sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based upon the written verification of
the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design -
plans previously approved by the Authority, and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical
specifica ons relating to sanitary sewer construction.
3. This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
