Re : Sanitary Sewer Ridge Road, South Windsor, CT.
Dear Mr. DeMallie:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at a
special meeting on September 6, 1994, approved the sanitary
sewerage system for Ridge Road as detailed on a map entitled
Sanitary Sewer Extension Ridge Road, for Jean Marc Jacques, Map
#92-514, Dated 8/12/94, Revised 9/8/94 and subject to the following
conditions :
1 . Town Engineering technical approval obtained;
2 . Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary
sewerage connection will be given once the sewer has been
installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based upon
the written verification of the Town staff that said
sanitary sewer was installed by the developer in
substantial conformance with the design plans previously
approved by the Authority, and meeting all Town
regulations and appropriate technical specifications
relating to sanitary sewer construction; and
3 . A ten-year developer' s agreement is drafted that meets
with approvals of Town Staff.
4 . This approval letter must be superimposed into the final
approval plans .
