RE: CONCEPTUAL APPROVAL OF ROUTING FOR SEWERAGE SYSTEM ON RIDGE
ROAD AND CONCEPTUAL APPROVAL OF DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT
Dear Mr. Arsenault:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at a special
meeting on July 19 , 1994 , granted conceptual approval of a ten-
year developer' s agreement involving JMJ Construction Co. and
also granted conceptual approval of the routing for a sewerage
system on Ridge Road detailed on a map entitled Ridge Road
Sanitary Sewer and subject to the following conditions :
1 . Town Engineering technical approval obtained.
2 . Easement paperwork meets all Town requirements and a
copy of that easement is placed on file in the Town
Clerk' s office.
3 . Final Authority approval and acceptance of the
sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the
sewer has been installed and inspected by. the Town
staff, and based upon the written verification of the
town staff that said sanitary sewer was installed by
the developer in substantial conformance with the
design plans previously approved by the Authority, and
meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical
specifications relating to sanitary sewer
construction.

4 . This approval letter must be superimposed into the
final approval plans .
