Dear Ms.Isherwood:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of September 5,2000,gave
approval for the change order for Pleasant Meadow Senior Residence Development at 1140 Pleasant Valley
Road,as more specifically shown on plans entitled"Pleasant Valley Senior Residence Development",
prepared by Design Professionals,Inc,Project No.99-1272,Drawing No(s).d:991272/991272-sp,dated
2-1-2000,revised 3-8-00,3-13-00,3-31-00,5-9-00,Sheet#3 of 7 and subject to the following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written
verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance
with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and
appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
3. Approval includes a stipulation that the common pipes against the leading wall in the basement
shall be 8"and exposed.
4. A financial statement be provided,including a draft of budgetary provisions showing that money
will be set aside to cover maintenance,repair and replacement of the private sewer system.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
