RE: Veterans Memorial Pool Renovations(Approval to Connect)
Dear Mr.Semprebon:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of July 31,2001,gave
approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system for the new bathhouse being constructed at the
Veterans Memorial Pool located on Pleasant Valley Road,as more specifically shown on plans entitled
"Veterans Memorial Pool",prepared by Design Professionals,Inc,Project No. 1279,Sheet No(s). 1,dated
7/31/01 with no revisions and subject to the following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written
verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance
with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and
appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
