A wye or tee connection be installed for possible future connection of the property at 972 Pleasant Valley Road. 3. Submission of an as-built drawing to the Town. 4. Property owners are required to connect to the main line sewer if installed in the future,private line must be abandoned. Property owners to be given 365 days to complete connection. A notice pertaining to this condition must be placed in the land records,and is subject to the review and approval by the Town Attorney. 5. No further lateral or assessment charges will be billed to the property owners. 6. Installation of external auxiliary electrical outlets to be installed for the low pressure pumps in the event of a power outage. 7. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department. 8. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction. This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
