Dear Mr.Wright:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at a special meeting of January 9,2001,gave
approval for the connection to the Towns sewerage system of a commercial subdivision located on
Nutmeg Road,South,as more specifically shown on plans entitled"Proposed Sanitary Sewer installation",
prepared by Messier&Associates,Inc.,Project No.99-129,Drawing No(s). 1 dated 12/00,with no
revisions,and subject to the following conditions:
1. This approval is for change in ownership of the main line sewer from a private line to a public line
with an easement in favor of the Town of South Windsor.
2. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
3. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written
verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance
with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and
appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.

Attached to this letter of transmittal are the following documents:
1. Original WPCA application form
2. Two sets of drawings entitled Proposed Sanitary Sewer Installation as prepared by
Messier and Associates and dated 12/00 and received by Aldrich Construction on 11
December 2000.
I am requesting to have the construction of this new sewer added to the docket for the
January meeting of the Water Pollution Control Authority Commission. We are requesting to
extend the existing sewer to provide new sewer service for lots 4, 5, 6 and 7.
