RE: CHANGE OF USE OF SEWER SYSTEM AT ABOVE ADDRESS
Dear Mr. Coho:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,' at its regular
meeting on July 5, 1994 , approved the sewer category change at 544
Buckland Road from residential to commercial , subject to the
following conditions
1 . Town Engineering technical approval obtained .
2 . User fee will be based on current Commercial User rate.
3 . Sewer assessment charge shall be the $200 difference
between the residential charge previously paid and the
commercial rate as determined for the property in
question.
4 . This approval letter must be superimposed into the final
aproval plans .
