Dear Mr. DeMallie:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its special meeting of July 13, 1999,gave approval
for the connection to the Town's sewerage system of a house of worship at Governors Highway&Baker
Lane, as more specifically shown on plans entitled "Resurvey prepared for- Temple Beth Hillel -
Governors Highway&Baker Lane - South Windsor- Connecticut"by Design Professionals, Inc.,
South Windsor, CT,Job No. 89-427, Sheet 3 of 6 (Property Survey Topographic Plan)dated March
23, 1999,revised 4-7-99 and 5-5-99, and subject to the following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the
sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written verification
of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the
design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate
technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
3. A$750.00 connection charge shall be payable at the time of connection.
4. This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
