Please be advised that the Regular Meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission in
the above referenced matter has been scheduled for Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at
7:30 in the Madden Room of the South Windsor Town Hall, 1540 Sullivan Avenue.
Someone must be present at the hearing to represent the application.
One sign advertising the hearing must be posted on the property for ten (10)
consecutive days prior to the hearing and must be clearly visible from a town street.
Please have one sign posted on 260 Chapel Road by August 28, 2009.
Signs can be obtained in the Planning Department.
