The South Windsor Inland Wetlands, Watercourses and Conservation Regulations should be reviewed with respect to the standards and criteria for application Evaluation. A knowing failure of the applicant or any of her/his agents to provide correct information, or performance exceeding the levels of activity anticipated, shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of any permit under these regulations. 4. As a result of my on-site survey,I have concluded that the property does not contain regulated wetlands or water courses. At the time the soil survey was conducted the property contained a house,garage and remnants of a former greenhouse. The soils on the property had been previously disturbed and the on-site soils were mapped as Udorthents,or man-made soils. A small ditch*was noted along the rear property line.-This man-made feature does not convey surface flow and does not meet the statutory definition of a water course. The soils on the property were originally mapped in the Soil Survey of Hartford County as belonging to the moderately well drained N"mm igret Series.
