Dear Mr.Giles:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of October 3,2000,gave
approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system of a commercial building at Parcel T,Buckland
Road,South Windsor,CT,as more specifically shown on plans entitled"Topographic Plan Northern Hills,LLq Final Development Plan,Parcel T,Buckland Road,South Windsor,Cr",prepared by Fuss&
O'Neill, 146 Hartford Road,Manchester.Cr.,Project No.96-481A10,Drawing No.5,dated 4-20-00,
revised 5-18-00 and 6-26-00 and subject to the following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written
verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance
with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and
appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
3• The property big a 3.08-acre lot remains under single ownership.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
