Dear Ms. Muller:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its special meeting of
August 6, 1996, gave approval for a change from residential to commercial use at
544 Buckland Road as more specifically shown on plans entitled "Prepared for:
Julie Muller - 544 Buckland Street, South Windsor, CT" as prepared by Messier &
Associates, dated 3/96, 7/3/96, and subject to the following conditions:
1. Approval of the Town Engineer.
2. Change shall become effective upon payment of $1,400 (the difference
between residential and commercial connection charges) to the Town
of South Windsor.
3. A manhole will not be required.
4. This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval
plans.
