Dear Mr. Sangermano:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of October 20,
1998, gave its approval for a connection to the sewer of a commercial building known as The
Village at South Windsor, on the easterly side of Buckland Road, in accordance with drawings
entitled "Village at South Windsor Assisted Living Facility-Buckland Road-South Windsor-
Connecticut"prepared by Design Professionals, Inc.,Job No. 98-1113, Sheet 7/9, Improvement
Location Map dated 8-19-1998,revised 9-15-98 and 9-24-98, and with the following
stipulations:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be
given once the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based
upon the written verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed
in substantial conformance with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,
and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to
sanitary sewer construction.
3. The Town of South Windsor Engineering Department shall determine the adequacy of
the 1500-gallon grease tank and, if necessary, shall require adjustment of capacity.
4. The amount of developed acreage has been determined to be 7.75 acres; therefore, the
connection charge due at the time of connection will be$19,375.00.

5. This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
