Dear Mr.DeMallie:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of April 20, 1999,gave approval for
the Katten sewer lateral,in accordance with drawing entitled "Improvement Location Map-Village at South
Windsor-Buckland Road-South Windsor-Connecticut''prepared by Design Professionals,Inc.,South Windsor,
CT,Drawing No.6/9,"Resurvey/Property Survey Drainage Plan,"Job No.98-1113,dated 8-19-1998,rev.9-15-
98,9-24-98, 10-20-98, 11-16-98,and 3-12-99,and subject to the following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the sewer
line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written verification of the
Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design plans
previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate technical
specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
3. Slope of lateral shall be changed to 2%.
4. This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
