Dear Mr.Finguerra:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of June 6, 2000,gave
approval for a Change Order to revise the sewer location,eliminate one manhole, and change the slope,
including the change in slope along the Target access drive,as shown on Drawings entitled"Northern
Hills LLC—Utility and Drainage Plan—Final Development Plan—Buckland Street—Manchester,
Connecticut—Buckland Road—South Windsor,Connecticut"prepared by Fuss&O'Neill Inc.,
Manchester, CT,Job No. 96481A1, Sheet Nos. 11.1 (A)and 12.1 (B)dated 10/22/99,revised 11/1/99,
11/16/99, 11/22199,4/25/2000,and 5/12/2000;and Sheet No. 14.1(D)dated 10/22/99 and revised
4/25/2000,and subject to the following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based upon the written
verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial
conformance with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town
regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
3. This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
