Dear Mr.Kelly:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of April 2,2002,gave
approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system of a commercial building at Town Center,
Buckland Road and Ellington Road,as more specifically shown on plans entitled"Utilities Plan"prepared
by Appledore Enginering,Inc.,Project No. 1397 Drawing No(s)C-5 dated 2-02-02,revised 3-21-02,and
subject to the following conditions:
I. Required quarterly testing(24-hour composite testing)of wastewater discharge for total suspended
solids and B.O.D. Reports to be submitted to the Superintendent of Pollution Control. After one
year of testing this matter will be brought before the Authority and determination will be made at
that time to continue or discontinue testing.
2. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
3. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
The sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written
Verification of the To«n staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial
conformance with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town
regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
