Dear Mr.Powell:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of September 7,2004 gave
approval for the connection to the Town's sewerage system of a commercial building on Buckland Road,
South Windsor,CT,as more specifically shown on plans entitled"Ted's Montana Grill—The Shops at
Evergreen Walk"prepared by GIIA Architecture,Dallas,TX,Project No.041280,Drawing No.(s)P-101,
dated 7-15-04,and subject to the following conditions:
1. Permit must be obtained from the State D.E.P.for the outside grease inceptor.
2. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
3. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written
verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance
_. with the design plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and
appropriate technical specifications_relati to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
