Dear Ms. Meyer:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of February 7, 2006, gave
approval to the application of The Grillo Family Limited Partnership to change property located at 498
Buckland Road from residential use to a commercial use; as more specifically shown on plans entitled
"The Grillo Family Limited Partnership, Site Plan, 498 Buckland Road, South Windsor, Connecticut",
Prepared by Design Professionals, Inc., South Windsor, CT,Job. No.: 1917, Sheet No.: 2/6"Property
Survey", Dated 02/26/04, with revision date 1/17/06, and subject to the following conditions:
1. Payment of outstanding unbilled sewer user charges in the amount of $3,000.00, and sewer
assessment fees equally the difference between residential and commercial rates.
2. The connection fee will be $2,164(difference between commercial and residential rates)..
3. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
4. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the
sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based_ upon the written
verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance
with the design plans approved by the Authority, and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate
technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
