Dear Mr. Ward:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of March 3, 1998,gave
approval for one connection to the Town's sewerage system for newly created lot at 325 Oakland Road,
as more specifically shown on Survey Map entitled "Subdivision-Property of Kevin E. Ward-325
Oakland Road-Route No. 30-South Windsor,Connecticut"prepared by John Thomson,Land Surveyor,
dated April 24, 1997, revised 2-17-98, and subject to the following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based upon the written
verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial
conformance with the design plans previously approved by the Authority, and meeting all Town
regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
3. Review of existing easement to the satisfaction of the Town Attorney.
4. This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
