Dear Mr. Talbot:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority, at its regular meeting of June 6, 2000,gave
approval for the extension of two existing sewer lines(one approx. 180 feet long, and the other approx.
192 feet long) at two cul-de-sacs in an industrial subdivision at Nutmeg Road South,as more specifically
shown on plans entitled "Topographic Site Development Plan— `Constitution Landing' —prepared for:
Hale Realty,LLC—Nutmeg Road South,Connecticut Avenue and Charter Oak Way—South Windsor,
Connecticut"prepared by Messier&Associates,Inc.,Putnam and Manchester, CT,Project No. 99-129,
Sheet No. 5 of 8 dated 01/00,revised 01/26/00,03/09/00,05101100,and 05/17/00, with the
understanding that if there are any changes the applicant will need to return for WPCA approval, and
subject to the following conditions:
1. Technical approval of the Town Engineering Department.
2. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once
the sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff, and based upon the written
verification of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial
conformance with the design plans previously approved by the Authority, and meeting all Town
regulations and appropriate technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
3. This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
