Dear Mr.Semprebon:
The South Windsor Water Pollution Control Authority,at its regular meeting of March 13,2001,gave
approval for the connection of a commercial building to the Town's sewerage system located at Nutmeg
Road South,as more specifically shown on Drawing No. 1 entitled"Site Plan of Development",Drawing
No.2 entitled"Plot Plan,and Drawing No.3 entitled"Topographic Plan"prepared by Design
Professionals,Inc.,South Windsor,CT.,Project No.00-1424,Dated 1-25-01,with no revisions and subject
to the following conditions:
1. Any changes made to the map that affect the sewer line will require the applicant to return to the
WPCA for further approval.
2. Subject to the approval of the Town of South Windsor Planning and Zoning Commission.
3. A connection charge in the amount of$2,500 based on 1 acre is payable at the time the permit is
issued.
4. Subject to the technical approval of the Town of South Windsor Engineering Department.
5. Final Authority approval and acceptance of the sanitary sewerage connection will be given once the
sewer line has been installed and inspected by the Town staff,and based upon the written verification
of the Town staff that said sanitary sewer line was installed in substantial conformance with the design
plans previously approved by the Authority,and meeting all Town regulations and appropriate
technical specifications relating to sanitary sewer construction.
This approval letter must be superimposed on the final approval plans.
